Architects of my Life
You called me
Out of your grace and goodness
To enlighten the dark cell of my mind
And I found joy of living.
You whispered in your rising tone
That I can cross one more ocean of trouble
Though I sail with my broken ship
Though waves seems unbeatable.
You said so skillfully the other day
“Beyond the cloudy sky
Smiles the sun so bright”
And there I found a hope to cherish.
“You are better than what you think
Nothing is impossible in life
Don’t worry what others say
You can make a difference”, you said.
To give unselfishly
To exercise the truth and nobility
To love despite of differences
Is all that you taught me with patience.
I found shelter at your feet
And so much inspiration in your words
That this world seems so small now
Feels like odds were my books of exercise to learn.
My tribute to you for letting me discover myself
For making me something out of nothing
For being my shepherds,
For being the architect of my life.
